Beginning Vinyasa

The place to begin your yoga journey.  Learn the basic poses of a vinyasa yoga class.  

Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa

If your body feels ready to explore a more advanced variation of yoga postures, this is for you.



Chair Yoga

There are times when getting on the floor isn't the best option for our bodies, but that doesn't mean we still can't move!

 

Currently offered at -

Mesa Springs - Mondays - 10:30am (1 hr) 

University Place - Tuesdays - 1:30pm (30 min)

 

Kids' and Family Yoga

Moving and breathing can be fun!  Creating poses from our favorite animals is a great way to use the imagination.

Yin Yoga

A special yoga practice which helps find balance through the body's internal systems.  This practice works to release connective tissue allowing our fascia to align and create more flexibility in the body.  This class is currently only offered during private events or personal sessions.

 

Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga
Our bodies need special attention when we are carrying around a bundle of joy, and after our bundle arrives.
 
Gentle Yoga
Yoga poses are taught with a slower pace and gentler movements.  This class is currently offered at the Abilene Women's Club - 30 minute class

 

Restorative Yoga

Relax, refresh, renew...let the body and mind release through passive stretching and active breathing - I offer Restorative Yoga at Absolute Perfection.

 

Pool Yoga

Fun stretching while buoyant in the pool gives opportunity for strength, balance and flexibility
