For the month of September, I have created a daily Yoga Pose Challenge to help us balance our chakras.
Chakra is a fun yoga word, but Chakras represent the the energy centers in the human body. There are 7 Major Chakras described here -
Finding balance in the energy centers in our body, we find better immunity, emotional regulation, and organ functioning. Each day's pose represents one Chakra. Days 1-8 balance the Root Chakra, 9-13 the Sacral Chakra, 14-17 the Naval Chakra, 18-21 the Heart Chakra, 22-23 the Throat Chakra, 24-27 the Third-Eye Chakra, and 28-30 the Crown Chakra.
I have chosen the theme #lovinglife for the September Yoga Pose Challenge because September is my birthday month. As the numbers of my age creep up each year, I unfortunately, have spent many birthdays moping around dreading that time is ever ticking quickly. However, this year, I have resolved to embrace each day I am blessed to share with those I love. I know that life can change quickly, and it is important to treasure the time I have to bless and share life with those around me. So, join me as we balance our energy centers and find a more balanced life to love!
